1. Eligibility

HMSCLASS is intended for students aged 13 and older affiliated with Hicksville Ohio Schools. Content rated above PG-13 is not permitted. By using this platform, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use HMSCLASS only for lawful, educational, or entertainment purposes appropriate for school audiences. You may not use the platform to access, share, or distribute inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

3. Video Content

All videos are sourced from YouTube via YouTube's public API and are subject to YouTube's own Terms of Service. HMSCLASS does not host any video content directly. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of any video.

4. Privacy

HMSCLASS stores watch history, likes, and subscriptions locally in your browser only. No personal data is collected or transmitted to any server by HMSCLASS. Your YouTube viewing may be subject to YouTube/Google's privacy policy.

5. No Ads

HMSCLASS does not display advertisements and does not sell your data. Some embedded YouTube videos may contain YouTube's own ads, which are outside our control.
